Lolo Manso

In 2008, Lolo Manso created a place in New York City to share his love for Spain. Since then, Socarrat has brought the essence of Spanish cuisine to New Yorkers and guests from around the world.

Socarrat (Sok-ah-ráht):

Derived from the Valencian/Catalan verb «socarrar,» which means «to scorch» or «to singe,» it refers to the seductive caramelization of the crispy bottom layer of rice created at the bottom of a perfectly cooked paella.

Our family-style menu options are available for all parties of 10 or more, allowing guests to enjoy a curated selection of Spanish dishes. All menu choices are pre-selected by the guest before dining and portioned to the size of the party.
